AGM

Notice is hereby given that the Chill Out Club AGM, for the year 1^st September 2015 to 31^st August 2016, shall be held at 1:30pm on Tuesday 8^th November in Moncreiff Parish Church, Calderwood, East Kilbride.

At this meeting we shall consider a radical change to our constitution and hopefully adopt the model constitution as provided by the Scottish Council of Voluntary Organisations. It will become far more relevant for changes both now and in the future, flexible and covering all eventualities. A copy is attached at the foot of this page for your perusal. Please read over this and advise the committee of any issues prior to the AGM.

Included in the Agenda for the meeting will be the Chairperson’s Report, Financial Report, adoption of new constitution, plans for the year, election of new committee, the proposed music group. If you have any other relevant topics for discussion at the AGM then please let either Fiona or Gina know prior to the meeting to let them be included in the Agenda.

If you wish to join the committee for the next year, please let Gina or Fiona know. We need your talents to share in the running of the Club. Many hands make light work!
